BeKindd provides a wellbeing support service via digital communication channels, including (but not limited to) WhatsApp, SMS, and AI-assisted systems. The service includes regular check-ins, message analysis, and referrals to human support when necessary.

BeKindd is not a medical, therapeutic, or emergency service.

3. Who Can Use the Service

Our service is intended for individuals receiving support through a partner organisation, such as housing providers or charities.

You must:
   •   Be 16 or older (or have parental/guardian consent)
   •   Have access to the communication channel used (e.g. phone, WhatsApp)
   •   Agree to our use of AI and data analysis as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. What You Agree To

By using BeKindd, you agree to:
   •   Receive regular wellbeing check-ins via messaging
   •   Allow us to use AI to interpret your responses and identify potential concerns
   •   Share accurate and honest responses to help us support you effectively
   •   Communicate respectfully with the system and any human follow-up staff
   •   Notify us if you no longer wish to participate

You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.

5. Limitations of Our Service

   •   BeKindd does not provide clinical mental health treatment or diagnosis.
   •   We are not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or require urgent help, contact emergency services.
   •   While we aim to respond to concerning replies quickly, delays may occur. We do not guarantee 24/7 human monitoring.

6. Technology Use

You acknowledge that BeKindd uses third-party services to operate, including:
   •   Messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp via Twilio or Meta)
   •   Data hosting (e.g. Supabase, Google)
   •   AI analysis tools (e.g. OpenAI)

All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Your Data and Rights

We collect and use your information to provide the service. You can:
   •   Request a copy of your data
   •   Ask for corrections or deletions
   •   Withdraw consent at any time
